Beautiful Bathroom. Cloudy Shower Glass.
Before a listing goes live, you already think about paint, floors, lighting, staging, photography and the small cosmetic details buyers notice.
Shower glass is easy to miss until it shows up in the photos: a cloudy, spotted panel in the middle of an otherwise finished bathroom. Years of hard-water minerals can make good glass look worn out.
Often that haze is buildup sitting on the surface, not damage. When it is, professional restoration can bring back much of the clarity and keep the existing enclosure in place.

The Same Glass, Before and After
Every photo here is an unretouched TGRC job photo. Each pair shows the same piece of glass, photographed on site before and after restoration.
Framed shower door: cloudy haze
Framed shower panel: spotting & buildup
Results depend on the glass. Mineral buildup can usually be removed. Permanent etching, scratches and other surface damage may still be visible after restoration. We’ll tell you what to expect before any work begins.

Beyond the shower
Glass Railings Too
Balcony and stair railings get stained by sprinklers, coastal air and hard water. If a listing’s view is clouded by stained railing glass, we can assess that as well. Railing projects are quoted after assessment.
How it works
Three Simple Steps to a Clearer Shower
-
Send us photos
You or the homeowner send a few photos of the glass, the property city and the listing timeline.
-
We assess the glass
We review the condition and tell you whether restoration looks worthwhile. Some glass needs an in-person test before we can say for sure.
-
Schedule the restoration
If it makes sense, we coordinate the work with the homeowner or the listing agent.

Questions
Questions Agents Ask
Can all cloudy shower glass be restored?
No. Hard-water stains and mineral buildup can often be removed. Permanent etching, scratches or other surface damage may remain. Photos help us tell the difference, and sometimes we need a small test area on site.
How is this different from ordinary cleaning?
Household cleaners and routine cleaning don’t remove years of bonded mineral deposits. Our restoration is a multi-step process for heavy hard-water staining, with intensive mineral removal and mechanical polishing where needed.
Can I refer my homeowner directly?
Yes. Forward this page to your seller. Everything they need is here, including pricing, results, limitations and the photo form. They can also call or text us at 858-336-7244.
What if the property has several bathrooms?
Send photos of each enclosure. We’ll review them together and quote according to the overall scope.
Can restoration happen before our photography date?
Tell us your photography or listing date when you send photos. Scheduling depends on availability, and the sooner we hear from you the more options there usually are.
What happens if restoration isn’t appropriate?
We’ll explain what we think will remain and why, and talk through the alternatives. Sometimes replacement is the better choice, and we’ll tell you if it is.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Solana Beach and work with homes in Southern California. Include the property city or ZIP with your photos and we’ll confirm.
