The turnover problem
A Clean Bathroom Should Look Clean.
Shower glass is one of the most visible surfaces in a rental bathroom.
A unit can have fresh paint, clean flooring and spotless fixtures, and heavily spotted shower glass still makes the whole bathroom look worn. It shows up in listing photos and on walk-throughs.
Turnover cleaners do good work, but deeply bonded mineral buildup usually needs tools and processes that routine housekeeping doesn’t carry. That’s where we come in: a specialty service for the glass that normal cleaning hasn’t been able to fix.
Why property managers call us
One Less Make-Ready Headache.
A specialist to call when the shower glass is the one thing in the unit that still doesn’t look right.
Preserve existing enclosures
When the glass is still serviceable, cleaning or restoration may improve it without the disruption and expense of an unnecessary replacement.
Improve rent-ready presentation
Make showers look more presentable for prospective tenants, new occupants, inspections and rental photography.
Specialty service, not housekeeping
We handle the persistent staining and buildup that ordinary cleaning may not resolve, so your turnover crew doesn’t have to fight it.
A resource for future turnovers
Try us once. If the results meet your expectations, you have another specialty vendor available when you need one.
Real results
The Same Glass, Before and After
Unretouched TGRC job photos. Each pair is the same piece of glass, photographed on site before and after service.
Frameless door: heavy hard-water streaking
The same frameless door: closed in the before photo and swung open in the after photo.
Framed shower door: cloudy haze
The same framed shower door, before and after on the same visit.
Frameless enclosure: seen from the bathroom
The same frameless door from inside the bathroom; the door is partly open in the after photo.
Results depend on the glass. Mineral buildup can often be removed. Permanent etching, corrosion and other surface damage may still be visible afterward. We’ll tell you what to expect before any work begins. Select a photo to see it larger.
How the trial works
Start With One Shower. See If We’re a Fit.
-
Send us a photo
Show us the existing glass and tell us where the property is located.
-
We assess the condition
We’ll tell you whether a specialty cleaning looks appropriate or whether further evaluation is needed.
-
Schedule your trial
Jamison confirms the scope, introductory price, access requirements and availability.
-
Evaluate the results
See whether the service makes sense for future units and turnovers. No obligation either way.
Know what you’re getting
Cleaning vs. Restoration
Two different levels of service. We’ll tell you which one the glass appears to need.
Introductory trial
Specialty Glass Cleaning
For buildup and staining that can be addressed with specialized cleaning techniques. This is what the first-unit trial covers.
Assessed & quoted separately
Professional Glass Restoration
A more intensive treatment for when conventional cleaning isn’t enough and the glass is a suitable restoration candidate. Not part of the introductory trial.
Not every enclosure can be restored. Some etching, corrosion and permanent glass damage cannot be fully reversed. When replacement is the better choice, we’ll say so.

Questions
Questions Property Managers Ask
Can we try your service on just one unit?
Yes. That’s the point of the introductory trial: one shower enclosure, with no commitment to additional units and no service agreement to sign.
Is the introductory cleaning free?
No. It’s a paid cleaning at a special introductory rate for property management companies. Jamison confirms the price once we’ve seen the glass and understand the scope.
What if the glass needs more than cleaning?
We’ll tell you. If the glass looks like it needs professional restoration rather than a specialty cleaning, that’s assessed and quoted separately, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Can severely etched shower glass be restored?
Not always. Mineral buildup can often be removed, but etching, corrosion and other permanent damage may not be fully reversible. Photos help us tell the difference, and some glass needs an on-site look. When replacement is the better option, we’ll say so.
Do you work with apartment complexes and vacation rentals?
Yes. The service suits multifamily communities, single-family rental portfolios, condo and townhome rentals and vacation rental properties. Tell us how access works at the property, and Jamison will confirm scheduling details before the visit.
Which areas do you service?
South Orange County and all of San Diego County. Include the property city when you get in touch and we’ll confirm.
Can we send photos before scheduling?
Yes, and it’s the best way to start. Attach up to four photos to the form above, or email them to glassrevivalco@gmail.com.
